Hillary Scholten (MI-03) was named a “Fiscal Hero” by Fix the Debt, a project of the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, for her bipartisan work to rein in the national debt and be a responsible steward of taxpayer dollars. Rep. Scholten was one of just 10 House Democrats to receive the honor and the only Democrat from Michigan.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, as the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) expires, Rep. Hillary Scholten (MI-03) is once more calling on Speaker Mike Johnson to renew the program to make sure West Michiganders can access affordable internet.
