Rep. Scholten Named “Hero of Main Street” by National Retail Federation
The award recognizes a bipartisan group of lawmakers for supporting the retail industry’s public policy priorities.
WASHINGTON – Today, Representative Hillary Scholten (MI-03) was named a Hero of Main Street by the National Retail Federation.
“West Michigan’s small businesses are the lifeblood of our economy and central to our prosperity,” said Scholten. “As a member of the Small Business Committee, investing in and defending Main Street is a top priority, and I have always reached across the aisle to ensure MI-03’s entrepreneurs have what they need to thrive. I am thrilled the National Retail Federation has recognized my commitment with this award.”
